Our Seoulful Signature Fermented Kimchi is handmade weekly in small batches right here in the UK.
We use traditional Korean fermentation methods and fresh, locally sourced napa cabbage to create a deep, tangy, and spicy flavor that gets better over time.
This is the same style of kimchi you’d find in a Korean home — full of soul, spice, and balance.
🌿 Ingredients
Napa cabbage, Korean red chili flakes (gochugaru), garlic, ginger, spring onion, sea salt, fish sauce (anchovy extract), salted shrimp, sugar.
No preservatives.
⚠️ Allergen Information
Contains fish (from anchovy sauce) and shellfish (from salted shrimp).
Produced in a kitchen that also handles soy, sesame, and wheat.
🍴 How to Store & Enjoy
- Keep refrigerated below 5°C.
- Kimchi naturally ferments — flavor becomes deeper and tangier with time.
- Best enjoyed within 4–6 weeks for optimal crunch and spice.
- To slow fermentation, store in the coldest part of your fridge and keep the lid tightly closed.
- If it bubbles slightly, that’s a good sign — it means it’s alive and authentic!
